What is your return policy?
So you don't love your BluePeppermint, huh? Well we certainly don't want you to be disappointed: Send it back to us! All items (excluding sale, flash sale, and accessories) can be returned for STORE CREDIT if they are un-worn, un-washed, and free from things like makeup, deodorant and smells. Do you have a size chart?
Due to the variety of places we obtain merchandise for our Minty Gals, we are unable to provide a single, brand size chart. Instead, you can find specific item details under the product description as well as a general US size chart. We always specify what size our models are wearing to help the buying process.
Can I get on your email list?

Is your website secure?
For sure! Our online shop is done through Shopify and they take security seriously. All shopping carts run on a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant server. (In human words): All of your data is secure!

Do you do collaborations with bloggers/influencers on Instagram?
We ABSOLUTELY love taking part in the creative community. All collabs are handled through our Creative Team. Send us some mail: email@example.com and tell us a little about yourself, your social media handles, a link to your website/blog and some of your totally awesome collab ideas!
How long does shipping take?
We send our goodies off through USPS Priorit Mail. On their website, it states shipping via Priority takes 1-3 business days to reach you. (Unfortunetly, we do not take responsibility for items losst in transit through USPS.)
Can I shop online even though I am local?
YUP! For our local ladies we offer FREE in-store pickup, or stop in and shop - we would love to have you!
What if you don't have the size in the item I want?
Oh-no! Well, we have to atleast try! NEW on ShopBluePeppermint.com, on low-stock items you have the ability to click "EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE" to the left of the product images of the item you have heart-eyes for and can sign up to be put on a list for if/when we restock
What are "Peppermint Points"?
Peppermint Points is the name of our rewards program. Here's the scoop: For every $1 you spend you earn 1 point. Once you earn 500 points you receive $5 off your purchase! (And yes, this system works online AND in-store).
Can I return an item that I bought online, in-store?
Yes, stop in and find a sales associate, they will direct you to a form in which you will fill out. 3-5 business days after, you will receive your STORE CREDIT gift card via email.
How can I check my gift card balance?
If there is ever any question regarding your gift card balance feel free to stop in or call 317-436-7082 and a Minty Sales Assocaite would be happy to help.
