CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We certainly don't want you disappointed! All items, excluding FINAL SALE items and GIGI PIP, can be returned in exchange for STORE CREDIT as long as they meet all return criteria and are within 45 days of the original purchase. WHY ARE SOME ITEMS ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE?

To be able to offer our customers more sizes and color options, we have some styles that are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not sold in our brick and mortar location.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART?
Due to the variety of brands and manufacturers that we hand select our apparel from, we are unable to provide an accurate comprehensive sizing chart. However, you will be able to find sizing details in the description of each item. CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE IN STORE?
Of course! Bring the item in with your packing slip and a Sales Associate will hook you up with a store credit gift card so you can find something else you love.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. ARE YOU GOING TO RESTOCK?
We can't always guarantee a restock, but we certainly try! Make sure you sign up for a restock notification by clicking "Email When Available" and filling out the form. We use these forms to help us decide what to restock, and you will get an automatic email if we do get it back in.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order and we DO NOT price match any past or future promotions.

Ugh we're so sorry. If you purchased route shipping protection, you can file a claim at route.com. Bluepeppermint is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
